I am a Registered Fertility Nurse and Integrative Nutrition Health Coach. I specialize in helping women and couples transform and heal their fertility so that they can (1) get pregnant easily and quickly, (2) reduce the risk of miscarriage and chromosomal abnormalities, (3) slow down reproductive aging, and (4) have the healthiest baby and pregnancy they can. My goal is to help make your dream of having your sweet babies come true! I am extremely passionate about helping women and couples transform their fertility health to help them have their dream families! 

A little bit more about me: I am a First Generation 100% Dutch American. My parents emigrated to the US before I was born. I am the middle child of 7 and I was born in the beautiful Montana fall weather of late September, making Montana my heart's forever home. My mother is a nutritional counselor and I grew up learning all about holistic health and wellness from her. I had my own garden patch when I was 5 years old and have loved cooking with my mom and experimenting with recipes for a long time! 

 When I was ten and my youngest brother was born with an extremely rare, near fatal disease due to unknown black mold exposure while in utero, a passion for mother and baby health was started. I ended up getting a Bachelors of Science degree in Nursing, working in labor and delivery, and then specializing in fertility.  I have worked for one of the top-rated fertility clinics in the US for over 3 years and have helped hundreds of women and couples on their fertility journeys. 

While I worked at the clinic, I was asked by so many women and couples what else they could do on their own to improve their chances of having a successful IVF or IUI cycle. I gave them the best answers I could at the time, but I felt like there was so much more I could be giving them! I soon started researching more deeply on my own and after having two beautiful daughters and immersing myself in the latest cutting-edge fertility research for multiple years, I found many answers to the questions couples had for me! 

I founded The Fertility Academy in 2022 and am so excited to help you navigate the immense amount of fertility information out there, so that you know what the science says and what actually works.  The program is designed with YOU in mind, with the ability to tailor a variety of holistic, evidence-based practices to your specific circumstances and help you successfully transform and heal your fertility. My program is for you if you are planning to start a family soon or currently trying to conceive, but the information will benefit anyone who wants to eventually have a family.

Outside of my health coaching and fertility work, I love living life with my husband and two beautiful daughters, spending time in the great outdoors of the Pacific Northwest and Big Sky Country, and horseback riding when time permits.  

Credentials and Experience: 

 - Bachelor's of Science in Nursing. Graduated Cum Laude with Honors, Montana State University. 

- Certified Integrative Nutrition Health Coach from the Institute of Integrative Nutrition, New York. Specialization in fertility & hormone health.

- RN for 3+ years at Pacific NW Fertility (PNWF) in Seattle, WA. 

- Certified Nurse Assistant for 6 months at Bozeman Health in Labor & Delivery, NICU, and Post-Partum.

- Currently a Registered Nurse in Montana and Washington State.
